How do I sign in or update my email or phone number now that there are no passwords?

We use Clerk one-time verification codes instead of passwords.

To sign in, just enter your email or phone number on the login screen. We'll send you a six-digit code via both email and SMS. Enter that code to finish signing in.

To update your contact info, go to your profile menu, then click Settings > My Account > Email / Phone. You'll be prompted to verify the new contact information with a code, just like when signing in.

Since we no longer use passwords, there's no “Forgot password” option—just request a new code anytime you need to log in.

How can I change an answer to a “Which is more you?” question?

Go to your profile menu and click “My Profile.” Scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll see all the “Which is more you?” questions. Click the option you previously selected to deselect it, then choose your new answer. Your changes will save automatically.

How do I report or block someone?

On every profile, there's a menu next to the “Like” and “Message” buttons. Use it to hide, block, or report the member. We take all reports seriously and respond promptly to keep the community respectful and safe.
